fattabiouni

Fattabiouni is in Arabic means FOLLOW ME. Its an effort and guidance in forms of video cast to spread and worship the Sunnah of Rasulullah .صلى الله عليه وسلم

Unintentionally i watched this during middle Ramadhan. Usually from work i went straight to masjeed for iftar but comes middle Ramadhan i wanted to go home and freshen up first because i noticed im kinda tak selesa during tarawikh. Ye lah..tak mandi kot.hehe. #teruk. Where comes the khusyu’.

So after siap-siap got few more minutes before iftar, i switched on the telly to tengok some programme. I tune to 114 Alhijrah sebab nak avoid benda lagha during ramadhan..hehe. So this programme is ‘Suara Hati & Azan Maghrib’. Sort of soul feeder before the adzan. Its soo good. Its fun to look at. Its enliven the sunnah and proves that sunnah never wears out of era. Totally practical. And how shameful of us yang tak ikut sunnah. Padahal all the simple things we do in daily life. Ok sekarang niatlah follow sunnah, you get rewarded as quoted in this verse in Surah Al-Imraan Ayah 31

Say, [O Muhammad], “If you should love Allah , then follow me, [so] Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.”

Plus music background sgtlah membantu.. Macam lagu Lau Kanna Bainana. Meruntun jiwa.

Some of the sunnah sempat tengok di Tv Alhijrah

1. Starts doing something with Bismillah

2. Ablution & mandi Junub

3. Masjid-Adab2 ke masjid serta doa

4. Treat children with love

5. Jumuah-the adab

6. Smile

7. Starts doing a thing with right side

8. Musafir-the guide

9. Sports and be active as part of sunnah

10. Pasar/ Souq. -The guide.

If i have extra time inshaAllah gonna do some important points of each subject. Because tak ada video yang subtitle Malay or English lagi on the net. Hopefully Tv Alhijrah boleh load balik past episodes. Presenter of this programme Mohammed Alsaggaf got some attractive value of tone and personality and senyumm je. Sejuk mata dan hati menengoknya. I learnt a lot from this. MashaAllah.

The pic file from fattabbiouni FB

Youtube channel of fattabiouni. Its in Arabic, somehow. I wish i could pick up Arabic fast. Oh plus i like their color scheme.

ps: Day 2 of Puasa Enam. Im still coughing and phlegm banyak.InshaAllah my ‘Raya’ on 16th!! Malaysian Day. Gonna cook some specialty..hehe.

Some excerpt from Fattabiouni Malaysia

Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم bersabda: “Islam itu pada awal kedatangannya sebagai satu agama yang asing dan Ia akan kembali menjadi asing. Maka, beruntunglah bagi mereka yang asing.

Rasulullah صلى الله عليه وسلم ditanya: “Siapakah yang dimaksudkan dengan mereka yang asing itu wahai Rasulullah?” Rasulullah صلى الله عليه وسلم menjawab: “Mereka itu ialah orang-orang yang menghidupkan sunnahku dan mengajarkannya kepada manusia.”

~ Dengan mengamalkan Sunnah Al-Habib صلى الله عليه وسلم, kita akan memperolehi kasih sayang Allah dan itu merupakan matlamat yang paling tinggi.

– Apa yang menarik ialah sunnah Al-Habib صلى الله عليه وسلم itu mencakupi semua aspek kehidupan: Ibadah, pergaulan dan aktiviti harian.

#easygooddeeds

#easygooddeeds is a trending topic started by IslamicThinking on twitter. This is small easy deeds that you can start/practice. Here goes :

1.Find reciters that you like and spend some time listening to recitation of the Quran.

2. Read the Quran and the meaning every day. Take the time out of your busy schedule to listen to Allah

3. Avoid eating too much. Do not eat unless you are hungry and try not to fill your stomach

4. Stand up for right, forbid evil. Just say no to gheebah.

5. Go to the masjid.

6. Spend more time reading Islamic books, especially the Seerah, Hadeeth, and Fiqh.

7. Start giving sadaqah daily, no matter how little. Make it a habit like eating and drinking.

8. Keep yourself in a state of wudhu most of the time.

9. Lower your gaze.

10. Perform the sunnah & nawafil salahs like tahajjud, ishraq, chast and salatul-tasbeeh, as much as possible

11. Talk to your non-Muslim friends about Islam. Have you taken the time to explain the basics to them?

12. Be with pious people and people of Allah. The company you keep, defines you.

13. Encourage your friends to come to the masjid to pray. Really big one this. You never know when you’ll change someones life.

14. Study the history of Islam. Learn about the Prophet SAW, sahaba, scholars and pious who have come before us.

15. Become a serious student of this Deen. Make it to the next Islamic class or speech. Shock your friends, bring a notebook.

16. Evaluate yourself daily before going bed. Thank Allah SWT for good deeds, repent to Him for your mistakes and sins.

17. Make dua before everything – sleeping, eating, studying, driving, etc.

18. Think of Allah SWT before you take any action by saying ‘Bismillah’.

ps: Im a social retard, i tweet, i fb and i blog..But i hope besides daily rants..Im giving something to people. Share things that i find interesting, useful and beneficial. Lets embrace social network as a medium to change/hijrah ourselves in any knowledge pun. Facebooking/Tweeting/Blogging for greater good. Lets!

Oh actually i nak highlight point 1 and 11

1.Find reciters that you like and spend some time listening to recitation of the Quran.

This is very effective to me. mashaAllah. Please if anyone nak mendalami Quran or change..please find the reciters that you like. It will make a huge difference to the whole process. Masa mula-mula nak baca secara konsisten, i kinda lost sebab perangai jahat datang kadang2. Bacaan pun tak baik. Then i start downloading surah. Actually i start downloading Asma Ul Husna yang slalu played over Astro oasis yg sangat2 tersentuh tu.. Then i d/load the Zikr Munajat yang sangat2 beautiful tu. Then baru download surah over 4shared and numerous webs. I bump in the recitation of Al-Qiyamah by Sheikh Mishary Rasheed Al- Afasy via links..suka2 click je..then i heard it over. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL.Everything is perfect. Everythings feel fine when i heard it. Masa di Makkah i bought the Quran recitation CD by Afasy. Itu barang paling berharga yg i bought di makkah, not the dress, not anything else. (even though i know i can download it all over the net, tapi lain lah when u bought it in Makkah. org ckp..ambil barakah di sana..).. So find one reciter..banyak if you google it. My maksu suka Sheikh Abdur Rahman As-Sudais the Imam of Masjidil Haram subhanallah. Ada lagi Sheikh Muhamed Jibril, Al Ghamidi..and ada seorang budak ni I really like..Muhamad Taha Al Junayd. Tersentuh sangat. But I like Afasy most.

11. Talk to your non-Muslim friends about Islam. Have you taken the time to explain the basics to them?

I heard this topic over Ikim.fm last Thursday. Topik dia Dakwah rasanya. The ustaz said..kalo inflight tu, org sebelah kita non-muslim..try to talk to them..Even dgn bertegur pun dah kira dakwah.. Alangkah ruginya kalau kita dalam flight 2-3 jam tapi langsung taknak tegur/dapat pahala dakwah indirectly.

Wallahualam.

Important item/thing (s) for umrah

Ok i already enlist the item to bring tapi ada additional yang penting. Note to self juga kalau ada rezeki pergi lagi

1. Sprayer for wudu’

This is super penting sebab tempat wudu and toilet sangatlah jauh for both Masjid Nabawi and Masjidil Haram. So anyone yang memang nak iktikaf lama dalam masjid and slalu wudu batal of terkentut ke apa..this is sangat penting! Ambil wudu’ pun ikut yang wajib sahaja that is muka, tangan ke siku, kepala dan kaki.

2. Sejadah

Dulu i thought tak perlulah bawak sejadah sbb Masjid sebesar Nabawi n Haram mesti banyak sejadah..turns out…jangan fikir mcmtu sebab kt sana, mana2 je pun orang solat and tak semestinya dapat tempat kt area sejadah. Sebab orang terlalu ramai and kadang2 kena solat dekat walkway je. So bawalah sejadah yang boleh muat beg yang nak bawak mana2 je tu.

3. Quran

Takperlu bawak rasanya sebab kt Masjid ada banyakk sgt. Hanya bawak tafsir sebab mana ada tafsir melayu kt dalam masjid kan..One more thing, wakaf Quran utk letak dalam Masjid nabawi/Haram adalah benda paling baik sekali, inshaAllah. Kalau ada sesiapa yg ke umrah, pesan wakaf Quran is the best sebab inshaAllah pahala tak akan putus, orang sentiasa akan baca kt situ. Tapi kena beli yang betul2 punya, harga around 45-50 Riyal sebab kalau yang bukan edisi Madinah/Makkah, dia akan reject and kasi sedekah kt orang instead of the Quran stay inside masjid.

4. PJ’s/nighties

Takperlu bawak baju tidur sebab mmg akan tidur dengan jubah punya. That what happens to me lah. Lepas isyak baru dinner then mmg penat nak tidur je. Mostly tak mandi pun sebab kt masjid since 2pm sampai 8.30pm. Then blah blah, tidur around 10-11pm depend on what activities nak buat. Then for my schedule around 2-3am bangun to masjid. Rasa sayang nak tidur di Tanah Haram sebab bukan selalu nak datang kan. Lain lah im so kaya, maybe tiap 3 bulan nak datang..:p

ps: Waktu dalam ihram lah paling banyak dugaan ber-umrah. Semua pantang larang 13 kena jaga. Sounds macam senang kan tapi..kalau Allah nak duga..macam-macam boleh berlaku. As for me, takpernah2 gatal kepala, time tu lah nak garu kepala, then my maksu punya softlan tumpah and bau harum mak aih, then i nak pick plants kt hotel lah, pastu ada najis burung terkena beg lah (nak tawaf kena suci dr najis), then dugaan nak terbatal wuduk(farting) masa tawaf lah, tersentuh kulit dgn org masa tawaf. Masa umrah aurat jaga betul2..sekarang ni??

a complete mess

yes i am.

But Alhamdulillah today is well. I managed to withdraw the money and will change it to SAR (Saudi Arabian Riyal) tonight at Semenyih. I think the rate there is the best among all money changer i’ve been to. Will change MYR300  for ayah and MYR300 for me. Cukuplah kot.. The rest masukkan dalam acc. Al-Rajhi Bank ayah..So nanti nak duit, withdraw guna ATM je. Spare some money dalam Maybank. Sebab its visa so convenient la sikit. Then bawak CC la just in case..Pfftt..haritu nak patahkan dia tp tak jadi..hahaha. I have issue. Drama giler.

All the barangs dah ok kot. But still beli tdung n tahape2..ehehe malm ni nak cari sandal with Anis kt Uptown. Last Sunday beli Jubah santek at Mydin USJ. Sgt adore…wpun harga murah. Pergi Mydin after aerobik dgn Aya kt Tasik Taman Jaya.

Ok dahla cerita kebendaan duniawi..Preparation spiritually camana pula? I’ve found a really good website about Umrah checklist..Here i paste it for the ease of me and anybody who needs it. Credit to the website.

Salam Maal Hijrah 1432H

A new year ahead..but first I want to look back on what happen last Hijri year which i regard as the year with most dugaan that taught me the meaning of patience, redha

My dear mom passed away on 12th Muharam

I had dengue and had to stay in a hospital on Rejab

Big scar on my hands due to pressure cooker blast on Ramadhan

Last but not least..the “thing” which i really think will end all the misery..but it didnt happen. Kita merancang, Allah yang menentukan segalanya. A really good article s of  “not everything we want, we can get easily”

{Every soul will taste death. And we test you with bad and with good as a trial. And unto us you will return.} Al-Anbiyaa: 35

Today is 1 Muharam and my Hijri birthday happens to be fall on Muharram also. its a double happiness.

ps: in a relationship’s note on Facebook is amazing
